Ballot Advocacy Groups
A Ballot Advocacy Group (BAG), as set forth in AB 604 of the 74th Legislative Session, is a person or group of persons organized formally or informally who advocates the passage or defeat of a constitutional amendment or statewide measure proposed by an initiative or referendum.
